Vision Montessori Teachers Training Centre (VMTTC) is founded in 2075 by Ms. Durga Sigdel (M.Ed/Care Giver Facilitator from ECEC/Diploma from Hide and Seek Montessori Kathmandu) who has a long experience of working in education field as school teacher and teacher trainer. It is located at Talchowk, Pokhara-27 Kaski. The VMTTC is established to serve the society, producing quality trained teachers in Montessori Method of early childhood education. Since its establishment there have been more than one thousand teachers who have taken training in Montessori method of education and countless parents who have been educated in Montessori principles and philosophy.

The training centre’s mission ‘ Vision to the child, vision to the society and vision to the Nation’ reflects its importance in foundation years of young children and how initial environment ensures their future.  The VMTTC maintains the highest standard of Montessori training emphasizing both theory and practical aspect of the Montessori method.

The experienced, skilled and dedicated team of trainers guided by the Director of Studies, Mrs. Sita Tiwari has continuously upgraded and updated any changes brought in the method over twenty four years. Beside Montessori method trainees are also updated with the contemporary pedagogical practices in early childhood education and development (ECED) to broaden their knowledge and skills and to be successful early childhood professionals.
